How much do private label gummies cost, and what is the minimum order?
Many manufacturers hide the price behind a quote form. SupLab publishes the catalogue prices: per bottle of 60 gummies, at one pallet and at four pallets, EXW Poland. Below is the full table, what the price includes, what it does not, and a worked example so you can calculate your margin before you register.

Catalogue prices per bottle
Prices are net, per bottle of 60 gummies, EXW warehouse in Poland. The price at one pallet applies to the minimum order; the price at four pallets applies to an order of four pallets of the same SKU, and between the two it falls linearly with each pallet. EUR values are indicative at the exchange rate used in the catalogue; invoices are in PLN or EUR by agreement.

EUR values are indicative at the exchange rate used in the catalogue (4.33 PLN per EUR). Between one and four pallets the price falls linearly with each pallet. Above four pallets the price does not fall further in the catalogue; ask for a quote. Orders below one pallet (from 200 bottles) are charged the one-pallet price plus 15%. What the price includes and what it does not
Included: the finished product in a bottle of 60 gummies, the batch certificate of analysis and contaminant tests from an independent laboratory, the EU nutrition declaration, ready label texts with authorised claims, the print-ready label template, a compliance check of your label design and access to the client panel with all documents.
Not included: transport from the warehouse in Poland (EXW, quoted on the proforma or arranged by your forwarder), label printing and application according to your approved design, which we quote with the order, and any custom development for your own formula.

A worked margin example
Take the creatine gummy at one pallet: 25.10 PLN net per bottle. Add your label, transport and marketing cost per unit, then compare with the shelf price in your market. In Poland, creatine gummies with 3 g per serving sell at 47 to 65 PLN (about 11 to 15 EUR) retail for 60 pieces (price comparison sites, September 2026, an example, not a forecast). The arithmetic is why brands that already sell creatine powder add the gummy first: the product cost is known, the demand is proven and there is no development budget.
Why the catalogue minimum is one pallet, and what 200 bottles cost
A gummy factory needs a long run to make money on a changeover, which is why most European producers quote 10,000 to 30,000 pieces and 10 to 16 weeks. SupLab aggregates orders from many brands into one production run, buys the run into stock and labels it in Poland to order. The factory gets its volume, and you get one pallet with a 30-day lead time. If you want to test the market first, we also ship from 200 bottles per SKU at a 15% surcharge on the one-pallet price; the surcharge covers picking and labelling a partial pallet. New formulas and formats are opened the same way through the ‘coming soon’ reservation model.

After registration you see prices and stock in the catalogue and place the order in the panel. You receive a proforma and pay by bank transfer. Production, labelling and dispatch start after payment is booked, with shipping from 30 days. Samples of every formula can be ordered before the first pallet.
