Contact: e-mail m@suplab.pl, phone +48 570 777 477, postal address: Orpelów-Numerki 44A, 95-082 Dobroń, Poland.
2. Scope of these Terms
- Free electronic services: browsing the site, the sample request form, sending the PDF guide by e-mail on request, cookie settings and the page for stopping marketing e-mails.
- Only the sale of the sample pack is paid (section 5). Using the electronic services requires no payment or purchase.
- Customer accounts, offers by link and orders of batches under your brand are governed by individual offers and confirmations. These Terms do not change them.
- A consumer is a natural person entering into a contract not directly related to their business or profession. A self-employed person with consumer rights is a natural person running a business where the contract is not of a professional nature for them (Art. 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
3. Technical requirements and rules of use
- You need a device with internet access, an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and browser storage enabled (to remember your language and choices), and an active e-mail address.
- You may not submit unlawful or offensive content, or other people's data without a legal basis, through the forms, or disrupt the operation of the site.
- Using the internet involves typical risks (e.g. malware, interception of data). We protect the connection with encryption (HTTPS).
4. Conclusion and termination of electronic services
- Browsing: the contract is concluded when you open a page and ends when you close it.
- PDF guide: the contract is concluded when you submit the form with your e-mail address and ends once the e-mail with the file is sent. The guide does not require marketing consent.
- Sample form: the contract is concluded when you start filling in the form and ends when you submit or abandon it.
- You can stop using any service at any time, free of charge, by leaving it or writing to the address in section 1.
- Marketing e-mails are not part of these services. We send them only with separate, voluntary consent, which you can withdraw at any time with the link in the message.
5. Sample pack: request, confirmation and payment
The pack contains one jar of creatine gummies (60 pieces), the specification and a label template. Price and contents are shown in the form summary; currently €30 including delivery within the EU when the form takes a request without online payment. If the form shows online payment, the amount and currency shown in the form before you go to payment apply. We state the amount payable, including any VAT, before payment.
- Request without online payment (the form says no payment is taken): submitting the form is not a purchase and creates no obligation to pay. We confirm availability, the amount and payment details by e-mail. The sales contract is concluded when you pay in line with that confirmation.
- Online payment (the form takes you to payment): after entering your details you go to secure payment with the payment provider. The sales contract is concluded when the payment succeeds; we send a confirmation by e-mail.
- You can cancel your request free of charge as long as you have not paid: an e-mail to m@suplab.pl is enough, or simply do not pay.
- We credit the amount paid for the pack against your first batch under your brand, in line with the approved offer for that batch.
- We issue a company invoice using the details entered in the form or sent by e-mail.
- A sample order is not an order for a production batch. Batches are ordered on the basis of a separate offer.
6. Delivery
- We deliver only to addresses in the European Union, by courier or post.
- Available samples are dispatched within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Transit time is additional and depends on the carrier and the destination country.
- If samples are temporarily unavailable, we tell you before payment or promptly after it. You can then wait or cancel; we refund the full amount paid.
7. Complaints
- Send complaints about samples or the electronic services by e-mail to m@suplab.pl or by post to Orpelów-Numerki 44A, 95-082 Dobroń, Poland. Describe the problem and give the e-mail used for the request and what you would like us to do.
- We reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
- Consumers and self-employed persons with consumer rights have the rights under the Polish Consumer Rights Act if the goods do not conform to the contract (repair or replacement, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract). Other customers have the rights under the Polish Civil Code.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers and self-employed persons with consumer rights)
- You can withdraw from the contract for the sample pack within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day on which you, or a person you indicated other than the carrier, took possession of the samples.
- It is enough to send a withdrawal statement before the period expires, by e-mail to m@suplab.pl or by post to Orpelów-Numerki 44A, 95-082 Dobroń, Poland. You may use the model in the annex, but you do not have to.
- We refund all payments, including the cost of delivery to you (up to the cheapest standard delivery we offer), within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the samples back or proof that you have sent them.
- Send the samples back within 14 days of withdrawing, to the address we give in our reply (by default the address in section 1). You bear the direct cost of returning them.
- You are liable for any diminished value of the samples resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
- You can stop using the free electronic services at any time (section 4).
9. Business customers
Section 8 does not apply to customers who are neither consumers nor self-employed persons with consumer rights. Their rights follow from the Polish Civil Code; these Terms do not limit them.
10. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Consumers can get free help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, the regional Trade Inspection office or consumer organisations in Poland. Information: prawakonsumenta.uokik.gov.pl. Consumers in other EU countries can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country. Using these options is voluntary.
11. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy. Accepting these Terms is not consent to marketing messages.
12. Changes and governing law
- We may change these Terms for important reasons (e.g. a change in law or in the scope of services). Requests and contracts made before a change are governed by the version accepted with the request.
- Polish law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they habitually reside.
- Disputes are resolved by the court competent under the general rules.
